At Taj Jewelry Design, we aim to deliver your jewelry promptly and securely through our reliable partner, FedEx.

Shipping Coverage

We offer local and international shipping, with coverage extending from Lebanon & Dubai to destinations worldwide. 

Processing & Delivery Time 

- Dubai: 1–2 working days 
- International Orders: 7–14 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance) 
- Made-to-order or customized pieces may require additional time. A delivery estimate will be provided at checkout or via email.

Shipping Charges 

  • Orders below $600 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

  • Free shipping is provided for all orders over $600, or for any amount if shipped to UAE or Lebanon.

  • We occasionally offer promo codes and special discounts, which may reduce or waive shipping charges. 

  • If a customer wishes to order from a country not listed at checkout, they can contact us directly at +971 555 880 321 to receive the exact shipping cost.
     

Customs & Duties 

For international deliveries, customs fees or import duties may apply based on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp for you to monitor your delivery.
